During the onset of the COVID-19 epidemic, Home Solutions Real Estate Management Inc. (a New York based Real Estate firm) approached ByFone for a IVR and Email based solution to address property related tenant concerns and existing business development projects.  ByFone responded by offering Home Solutions Real Estate Management Inc. an IVR solution that addressed all their existing tenant and property concerns and tenant requests, property maintenance scheduling, and business development during the COVID-19 pandemic and satellite operations.

Our solution was successful because we employed our call center associates to address immediate emergencies and provisioning our technology infrastructure to advance new business and acquisitions to progress sales support.
